1. Basic Terms

LittleSoft ("We") provides our services with these terms of service that govern your access to and use of the services. By accessing or using the services you are agreeing to these terms. We reserve the right to change these terms, and by using the services you are agreeing to the current version of these terms of service. Your use of the services is also subject to all applicable laws and regulations.。

2. Account Security

In order to access the services, you will be required to use an account and password. You will keep your account information accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account password. You will not do anything that might jeopardize the security of your account.

3. Unauthorized Use of Materials

You shall not interfere with our services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You will use our services only as permitted by laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we suspect any misconduct.

You agree that you will not:

  1. do any action that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, or fraudulent;
  2. violate our rules or policies;
  3. violate systems or network security;
  4. attempt to gain unauthorized access;
  5. breach security of another account or interfere with anyone else's use of the services:;
  6. attempt to access the services by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available interfaces; or
  7. creating risk or possible legal exposure.

You agree that we may at any time, and at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your membership or account or cease providing you with all or part of the services for violating any, but not limited to, of the above provisions. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension or any other actions taken by us in connection with such termination or suspension.

4. Modification and Termination of Services

We are constantly changing and improving our services and we may add or remove functionalities or features. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services shall also be subject to these terms of service. We may suspend or stop the services (or any features within the services) to you or to users generally. We also retain the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion at any time.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services could include technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies or typographical errors. The services and all information, content and materials included on or otherwise made available to you through the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

We make no warranty that:

  1. the services and materials will meet your requirements;
  2. the services and materials will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
  3. the results that may be obtained from the use of the services or materials will be effective, accurate or reliable; or
  4. the quality of services or information obtained by you from the services will meet your expectations or be free from mistakes, errors or defects.

6. Limitation of Liability

We disclaim responsibility and liability for loss of data, failure to store or to transmit any content, and other harm that results from your access to or use of the services.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly) resulting from:

  1. your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services;
  2. any content obtained from the services; or
  3. unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. We ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

We may use personal information to improve user support (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs) or for statistical analysis purposes.

We may provide personal information to trusted organizations or individuals outside of LittleSoft, based on our instructions and in compliance with our privacy policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures, if we have a good-faith belief that personal information is reasonably necessary to:
